Really, really, really, fixed the TFF/BFF issues. The switch in DIF4U should no longer be required.
Add "Close All GOPs" to the encoding options.
Add "GOP (N/M)" to the encoding options. GOP length is based on these two values, and there is no sanity check yet.
Added all ecl settings to the debug log information.
Fixed the incorrect numbering of the quantization matrices.
Fixed the bug causing the program not to respect an alternate output directory.
Fixed the bug causing CCE 2.50 to only do a 1 pass RobShot when multiple passes were selected.
