DVDRemaster allows you to re-compress DVD-9 (up tp 7.95GB) DVDs so they can fit onto standard DVD-5 (up to 4.3GB) DVDs. DVDRemaster also allows you to convert DVDs for your other devices, such as the iPod, iPhone, iPad and even Apple TV.
DVDRemaster is designed for beginners and experts alike, with its streamlined interface.
For DVD backups, you can choose the audio tracks, languages and subtitles you wish to keep in the final re-compressed DVD. You can also choose which part of the DVD to back up if you have the Pro version of DVRemaster.
There are two versions of DVDRemaster available. The Standard version, as of currently, is priced $10 cheaper than the Pro version, but you cannot choose to remove parts of the video or audio track for DVD backups. For file conversions, only the Pro version allows you to choose which video segment to convert, to edit the movie information, and also to crop the video to remove the black borders.
